Physio Divina Sacred Body Method celebrates your unique, inherent, divine essence by inviting you to read the sacred text of your body.
Physio Divina Sacred Body Method is a pioneering body practice rooted in ancient wisdom that welcomes contemporary complexities. It's common for us to forget or lose sight of who we truly are. So often our head and heart space get cluttered with messages from social media and advertising that convince us that we are not enough, we don’t have the right things, we could be better, we should be more. Those messages tend to come from those who must convince us of our flaws because they have the answer, the cure, the program, the process to fix us.
As a contemplative, mindful, body-practice, Physio Divina Sacred Body Method encourages you to rediscover, reclaim, and embrace your inherent truth, beauty, and goodness no matter your age, gender, or physical condition.

The Method reminds us that for every question we face, the sacred text of our body offers inherent, intuitive wisdom. Physio Divina Sacred Body Method tenderly and devotedly creates the opportunity for you to experience yourself experiencing yourself. As you encounter your innate divine wisdom, you will grow in trusting the answers that come from deep within you. You become more confident in your authority sourced in your divine essence.
You will reacquaint yourself with your unique truth, beauty, goodness, innocence, joy, creativity, and play. Together these are what we refer to as our Originals. You are never apart from them. They define you – not your inner critic or external messages.

You are divine essence in motion.
Your body is a sacred vessel that communicates with your Divine Source, as you understand your Source. By attuning to your body's intuitive knowing, you deepen your trust in its wisdom and come face-to-face with your divinity. Following your body's lead without inhibition, you can read the sacred text of its wisdom.

You are always in possession of your originals.
Also known as original truth, beauty, goodness, innocence, joy, creativity, and play, just to name a few. Your lived experiences, conditionings, woundedness, and traumas, can obscure your sacred sense of these originals—however, you never lose them.

The journey to your sacred body wisdom is a space of radical hospitality.
The practice of radical hospitality is welcoming you just as you are. You are invited to give yourself as much permission as you can to be fully present and experience yourself in all your glory, majesty, and mystery. You belong to you.

The method itself is a four-fold movement of experiencing your divine essence by centering on the sacred text of your body. Each of the four layers of the body-practice invites you into a deeper experience of your body’s expression of its wisdom and divinity. Music companions each movement enticing you to mindful, contemplative movement that flows with your body’s intuitive expression. There are no set postures. Your body knows the way.

The method is not an exercise regimen. Unlike many body practices which require you to put your body into certain postures to experience insight or “the burn,” Physio Divina Sacred Body Method takes its leads from your body’s intuitive desire to express its divine essence. The method is not focusing on high-charge energy releases or charged breath for achieving altered states. The power of Physio Divina Sacred Body Method is connecting with your divine essence and your Source of the Divine. Any altered state that you may experience is sourced in experiencing mystical connection.

The class takes place in a quiet, shared space with individual mats to set individual space. As we like to say, this experience is personal but it’s not private. We encourage you to bring water and a small notebook, if you would like to note your experience. Any movement is at your discretion.

In short, everyone. If you have a body, you are welcome. This is a nonstrenuous class, so there is no level of physicality required to participate. You move as you are able and feel inclined to do so. A facilitator is always present for support and grounding.
